Membership Classifications
RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP – A resident membership includes all privileges of the club for all members of the individual family holding the membership – husband, wife and all children under 26 years of age. Resident memberships can be sold under the terms and conditions set by Forest Oaks Country Club, Inc.
![]() ASSOCIATE JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP - Associate Junior members (members who are age 30 through 39) shall have full privileges granted to resident members. Associate Junior members do not have the right to sell their memberships. JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP - Junior members (members under the age of 30) have identical privileges as resident members. Upon reaching the age of 30, junior memberships are upgraded to Associate Junior memberships. Junior members do not have a right to sell their memberships. SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP – A social membership includes all the rights and privileges outlined under a resident membership with the exception of golf privileges. Golf privileges are not extended to social members. Social members do not have the right to sell their memberships. CLUBHOUSE MEMBERSHIP – A clubhouse member has clubhouse privileges only. Golf, tennis and swimming privileges are not extended to clubhouse members. Clubhouse members do not have the right to sell their memberships. CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – Corporate membership is designed for a business. Three designated executives have the option of having Resident or Social memberships. Details on the membership can be obtained from the Club. Corporate members do not have a right to sell their memberships. NON RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP - Non-resident members (members whose principal residence and principal place of business are located outside a 50-mile radius of the club) shall have full privileges granted to resident members.
